In your journey together as a couple, you and your partner may sometimes be faced with challenges to the health and growth of your relationship. Often, significant events (both good and bad) can bring changes that feel threatening. You may unconsciously hold your true feelings at bay, waiting for a time when you feel safe to experience and express them. Over time, this emotional holding can make you feel disconnected, both from yourself and from your partner.
During an Inner Listening session with you and your partner, I will listen
to your stories and read your energy as a couple. Depending on what you
need, I will guide you with imagery and meditations, introduce you to
sounding and movement, and teach you simple but powerful intentional touch
exercises. Many of these gentle healing techniques you can do at home on
your own, and will quickly bring you into harmony with yourself and your
partner. Through your willingness to honor and trust each other, you can
each open to the joy of simply being who you are, and who you are together.
